In the early 90’s I came out with a popular, mostly women’s line of hand printed clothing under the “Is It Art Label” which I sold in Key West and later brought up to Eureka Springs. I worked with a designer in Pennsylvania to create an all cotton, comfortable, stylish line of clothing which I had dyed and hand screened with my designs. Twenty years later I’m about to launch another handprinted line of new and up-cycled denim under the Bleach It & Dye label. It seems what goes around comes around.
Pictured with me (center guy in the tan) are friends and models for a fashion shoot in 1998 in Eureka Springs shot by photographer Susan Storch.

Was so thrilled to hear about this John. The pieces from back then have survived and are only more wonderful with history….and frequent washing.
