Eye Am A Camera

There is no shortage of talented photographers in our small town of 2000.

Next month at BREWS, I have invited several of these shutterbugs to participate in a group show that will be on display for the month of October.

I have asked each photographer to supply one framed image of their choosing. Subject matter and type of photograph is up to them. Size was the only restriction.

Most agreed to the invitation, and because of limited wall space, framed photographs cannot be wider than 26 inches.

It will be an eclectic show to say the least, and and look forward to work from photographers Richard Quick, Susan Storch, Jay Bender, Paul Daniels, Chip Ford, Melanie Myer, Edward Robison, Chris Fischer, Sara Scissors, John Turner, Ron Lutz, Pam Quick, Alan Smith, Lori Carter, Mike Maple, Ethan Robison and myself.

There will be an opening artist reception Thursday, October 1, from 5 to 8 p.m. and all are invited to attend.

BREWS is located at 2 Pine St. across the street from the Eureka Springs post office.
