“Artist Impression Of The Mother” Documentary

November 17, 2014 By vitaminhr08 Leave a Comment

The “Artist Impression Of The Mother” was a group invitational exhibit involving 40 different local artists put on at The Space last May in Eureka Springs. We asked artists to submit between one and three pieces of work in any medium based on the broad theme of the Mother. The large exhibit was timed for Mother’s Day Weekend and was part of the Eureka Springs May Festival of the Arts. I asked local film maker Heath Redding to put together a 15 minute video that focused on the art, the opening night reception and interviews with several of the participating artists. Here is the result. Special thanks to Heath, Janet Alexander, Mr. Shrine and all of the participating artists involved.

Without further Adieu….the documentary!
